High School Student Job Opportunities

iLearn World is looking to hire three high school students to plan, organize, and lead a national essay contest for middle schoolers grades 6-8. Each high school student will have the opportunity to work with and receive guidance from Yale students who have worked closely with iLearn World in the past. This is a 6-month paid opportunity beginning on August 1st and ending on February 1st. The commitment level is approximately 1-2 hours/week and work will primarily be done remotely.

Duties:
1. Formulate and execute on an operational timeline to organize essay contest
2. Develop extensive email marketing campaigns to reach middle school students and teachers across America
3. Work under the guidance of iLearn World Ivy-League college students to read, rate and rank essays

Requirements:
1. Must be a rising junior and at least 16 years old to apply.
2. Passionate about analytical and creative writing and responsible.

Describe a problem you've solved or a problem you'd like to solve. This can be an intellectual challenge, a research query, an ethical dilemma - anything that is of personal importance, no matter the scale. Explain its significance to you and what steps you took or could be taken to identify a solution. (in 400-600 words)
